For those of you who dont know me so well or if you havent already guessed my main passion is stage and theatre (the technical side none of that acting crap.) It's something i've been doing for a few years now but the last 3 years now almost i've been doing follow spot for my local theatre company in all of their major shows, so if anyone cares enough as to where I was for most of last week I was there follow spotting for 42nd street, which is always fun as it's been the Same group of crew working together for a few shows now so we all get on pretty well. I managed to get through the week with only a few minor mistakes nothing too noticible unless you've been working the show for a week straight... So yeah last week was a bit of fun for me and a bit more expereince in working in the theatre and hearing various crew storys about misshaps and other crew relates mischeif. I'll add a few more photos from the show at the end of the post (which were taken from the facebook event photo gallery if anyone wants to accuse me of theft i'll remove them if wanted but they were not watermarked and were posted in the public domain)... So there....

Back to the joys of college I break for half term next week but that doesnt mean this week isnt busy, tomorrow I have to setup a lighting rig for the "Culture Cafe" in the common room luckily I prepped that all last week and stayed behind tonight and programmed the lighting desk, so hopefully all I have to do tomorrow is plug it all in and hit "go" I beleive it starts lunchtime ish not sure how long it last an hour or so I think. Then on wednsday we are in the drama studio setting up for the halloween walkthrough expereince which is happening on friday, no idea whats happening with that i'll just go with the flow on that as im not all that bothered with it since no one was willing to take the time to organise it properly when they had the chance but hopefully it'll be cool i'll try and get some photo's of all these assorted things as I go and then wait a stupid amount of time untill I can be arsed to remember to write on here. Although atleast I kinda wrote this as a long ish post to make up for not posting anything proper in a while. I think it's time for me to stop waffling on and go back and spell check this before I post the rest of the Pics...
